Henry was very helpful and patient with me. I am a fairly new widow who only ever took care of the inside of the trailer while my husband took care of all things outside!! Henry too the time to explain every system to me. Walked me through trickle charging my battery even before I brought the trailer in. He made sure I knew how to put on and take off the sway bars allowing me to do it in the yard while he watched. He set me up with a solar panel and helped me find a safe spot to put it while camping. After I left and before my trip he called to say he didn’t think there was enough propane in my tanks and got me to please top them off before I left. When I was at Discount Tire and they were having problems with the left side lug nuts telling me they were stripped and I was going to need them totally reworked, in a panic I called Henry and he made some calls and found me a place to take my trailer to who got me in immediately. Only to find DT was turning the left side the wrong way and everything was actually fine.
**Old trailers have opposite turning lug nuts…R on right side and L on left side!!
I even stopped by after my trip to review what I did right and wrong and Henry sat with me at least 30 more minutes reminding me when to use propane, electric, solar and the generator.

This is hands-down, the best and easiest dealership service department to deal with in the valley. Their service manager, Brandon is extremely helpful and willing to go to all ends to make sure that your trailer gets the best care possible and within your timeframe. I called World Wide RV for certain parts for my jayco motorhome.that I could not find online. Everyone I spoke to in service was great. They said they would have someone call me about the parts. Frankie called back and we went back and forth on the phone with conversation and texts with pics of my issues. I have never had someone be so vested in helping me try to solve difficult answers to my questions for any reason. He was pleasant, patient, informative and really stepped up to help find what parts I needed. Even though I decided not to invest in the parts... I contacted Brittany on line to help me find a grill to attach to the bracket on my Jayco trailer. She was able to provide me with a great grill complete with the device to secure it to my trailer. she also provided the propane hose that hooks up to my trailer and provides propane. I previously tried to obtain these devices from my local Jayco RV in Sarasota. They were not able to help me. I also e-mailed Jayco parts. They did not reply. I’m leaving for Rocky Point next week and I realized my range exhaust cover has flown off my travel trailer. I called many places to try and find the replacement. The first couple of stores I called were unhelpful and didn’t seem to want to help. Christina from Worldwide RV was so helpful. She was quick to give me her number so I could text her a photo of what I was talking about. I will be buying from them again due to their awesome customer service! - Alex
